Indian attire has always been identified as elegant, modest and beautiful. We have westernization prevailing in our country, but there is nothing more beautiful or more appealing than traditional Indian attire when it comes to fashion. No matter what our faith is, we always feel like mixing with the trend.
Durga Puja is just around the corner and I have always adored Bengali fashion. The festival is celebrated by a lot of people all over the country with great enthusiasm and joy. The women dressed traditionally during these days is a delight to my eyes. Bengali sarees are the most fashionable style of Indian sarees. So, this year I decided to carry the traditional Bengali look.
In today’s blog post, I am wearing a crisp white with red border saree which is also known as Korial saree. This traditional Bengali saree is the most famous Bengali saree, it is simple but looks very attractive. Of course, there are so many different ways to drape it. This Korial saree is usually paired with a big red bindi and loose hair or a bun.
I kept my makeup simple with highlighted eyes, and red lips that add extra style statement in any look. I am partially satisfied with the look but I think I will do more justice with the look next time. What do you say? Do you like my look? Let me know in the comment section below.
